Lily’s life is unraveling. Dumped by her cheating boyfriend and laid off from her job, she’s hit rock bottom. Desperate for an escape, she stumbles upon an ad for Genevieve’s Garden, an all-inclusive wellness retreat in the idyllic Hudson Valley. But upon arrival, the retreat proves to be a chaotic, unstructured operation led by Genevieve, a friendly yet superficial influencer.

Surrounded by a small, eccentric group of participants, each grappling with their own struggles, Lily finds distraction in the form of an obsessive crush on a fellow attendee, Charlie. Through this messy flirtation and the strange acceptance she feels at the retreat, Lily is forced to confront herself.
