Out On Film is delighted to present a second showcase of the homegrown talent, distinctive voices and irrepressible creativity that make Georgia’s queer film community shine.
An Atlanta pastor brings two divided communities together with a fabulous drag church service. In an Out On Film Filmmaker Fund-supported coming-of-age story, Nailah Clarke must overcome her anxiety and risk being seen before prom night passes her by. A fearless band of drag queens hunts for ghosts in some of Georgia’s most haunted houses. Aging performers Olive and Agatha reunite solely for the paycheck, only to discover that their legendary mutual spite may be exceeded by their hunger for a comeback. And a grieving doctor helps a nonbinary trans patient regain the ability to dance—and begins to accept the loss of her own mother.
Prom, identity, and the fear of taking risks—Nailah Clarke must face anxiety head-on in this heartfelt coming-of-age story.
