The incredibly moving A Man Walks Down the Street follows Raanan, a middle-aged man who confronts his internalized homophobia for the first time and attempts to make amends with his past. Moving between the early 1990s and the present day, the film revisits pivotal moments from Raanan’s youth—a seemingly more innocent and optimistic time—and reexamines the life of a closeted, confused and angry young man through a more compassionate contemporary lens.
