Tony Suarez Jr. is a DMV-based writer and director whose work leans into emotional pressure and psychological depth. His first film, Edifice, marked his directorial debut and introduced a voice grounded in self-confrontation. He is drawn to stories that strip people down to what is most buried, then force them to face it.

Director Statement

In "EDIFICE", I attempt to explore the complexities of the everyday life experience. EDIFICE is not just a project, but a journey of my self development and inner healing. I aim to capture the essence of my past, present, and future whilst simultaneously providing a nurturing space for my inner child to flourish.

EDIFICE is an invitation to my audience to explore their own emotional edifices.
