Director Statement
I’ve always been drawn to exploring what shapes our identity — the influence of family, the homes we grow up in, the memories we carry, and the traumas we endure. I’m particularly interested in the complex, often unspoken dynamics between siblings who shared the same space growing up, yet emerged with vastly different versions of that experience.
This story centers on that tension — the quiet resentments, the miscommunications, and the longing for connection despite the emotional distance. How do siblings reconcile their individual truths? Can they find a way forward, and is redemption possible when the past still lingers?
At its heart, this film asks whether we can truly accept each other — flaws and all — and whether love can survive the weight of memory.
