Abandoned as a child in an LGBTQI+ nightclub, Mário grows up marked by his mother’s absence. As an adult, he reinvents himself as Keitty Mayra, one of the most celebrated drag performers in the São Luís nightlife. Under the stage lights, he seeks to fill the void left by rejection and to find, through his art, a path to reconnect with his mother — and with himself.
