On the one-year anniversary of their daughter’s death, Michael and Ava spend the day chasing moments of childhood joy. They race bikes, eat cheese balls, and compete to see who can swing the highest. The playfulness is real, but temporary. As the day ends, they ride to the cemetery to honor their eight-year-old daughter, Emma. The weight of the day overtakes them.
