This short film set contains intense violence, rude humor, and sexual themes. Not intended for children.

It’s what you think it is, or is it? Buckle up and get ready for some off-the-wall, creepy, twisty-and-turny, quirky, ballsy, oh-they-really-just-did-that films in this second edition of late night shorts.

Sleep Call puts us up close and a little too personal as we get sucked into the world of a lonely young man yearning for real connection, even if the face staring back is not real in any way. Meanwhile, in Hands Off!, the last thing that playboy Mason wants is a real connection. He’d rather hit and quit it but this time, transported into another realm, he literally cannot. UV*TV hits you with offbeat humor and is drizzled with improv-style comedy that makes you wonder, “what did I just watch?”

Then as you’re left with questions, you will be transported into Vietnam at the beginning of a zombie outbreak where students must choose between friendship and humanity in How an Apocalypse Ends. After, Book Madness brings you back into one room, one man, surrounded by books, with a thirst for reading that may inflate his ego. And finally rounding out our rousing set of shorts is the suspenseful Serial K, set in The City That Never Sleeps, especially when a serial killer is targeting Asian men – particularly the paranoid, low-achieving ones.

Come for laughs and scares, and leave befuddled, with more questions.
